Job Description
The Marcom Executive assists the Marcom Manager in executing marketing activities to drive revenue streams (including Rooms, Food & Beverage, Banquets & Weddings, and Meetings & Events), local awareness (reputation and understanding of hotel brands in the city) and relationships (hotel guests, media companies, local community, and vendors). As the Marcom Executive, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards. Strategic Collaboration & Stakeholder Management. Integrated Planning: Participate in daily F&B briefings and weekly Marcom strategy sessions to ensure seamless communication between the floor and the office. Concept Development: Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop unique hooks for seasonal menus, limited-time offers (LTOs), and holiday activations (e.g., Brunch themes, Diwali hampers, Christmas galas). Briefing & Alignment: Act as the internal Account Manager for F&B, translating the Director of F&B’s revenue goals into actionable creative briefs for the design and digital teams. Execution & Logistics: Own the end-to-end execution of F&B campaigns, from initial ideation to the physical placement of tent cards and the launch of digital ads. Content Production: Lead the creative direction for F&B shoots. Coordinate with professional photographers or capture high-quality social-first content (Reels/TikTok-style videos) that showcases the artistry behind the plate. Website & SEO: Audit the hotel’s F&B landing pages regularly to ensure all links, reservation buttons, and seasonal PDFs are functioning and optimized for search. Direct Bookings: Implement strategies (e.g., WhatsApp Marketing, QR code integration, Table Check) to migrate third-party customers to direct booking channels. Reputation & Community Engagement. Review Strategy: Monitor and respond to F&B reviews on Google, TripAdvisor, and Zomato within 24 hours. Analyze recurring feedback to suggest operational improvements to the Restaurant Managers. Influencer Relations: In coordination with the Marcom Manager, identify and host relevant food influencers and tastemakers in Bengaluru. Ensure their experience is seamless and the resulting content aligns with brand standards. Community Management: Engage with followers on social media, answering queries about menus, pricing, and availability. Performance Analytics & Revenue Growth. Monthly Performance Reviews: Prepare detailed reports for the Director of F&B and Marcom Manager, analyzing campaign reach, engagement, and—most importantly—covers and revenue generated. Competitor Benchmarking: Conduct monthly mystery shopping or digital audits of key competitors in the CBD and North Bengaluru to ensure Conrad’s pricing and programming remain superior. Hilton Honors Integration: Work to promote Dine Like a Member programs and ensure the loyalty database is leveraged for personalized F&B offers. Required Competencies & Qualifications. Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Hotel Management. Experience: 1 -2 years of experience. A background in a creative agency handling luxury F&B accounts or prior experience in a luxury hotel F&B role is highly preferred. Technical Savvy: Proficiency in Analytics, Data Crunching etcWorking knowledge of Canva or Adobe Spark for quick-turnaround social assets. Familiarity with CRM tools and restaurant reservation systems (e.g., TableCheck). The Conrad Mindset: Exceptional grooming, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to communicate effectively with both a Michelin-level Chef and a high-net-worth guest. Support the Marcom Manager to create and execute the hotel’s annual marketing plan. Assist the Marcom Manager to carry out group marketing media core responsibilities: marketing planning, print and advertising design and production, content management, public relations, hotel promotion and events, and social media management. Maintain consistency between marketing activities and the hotel's main business segments, ensuring that the activities are supported by a clear time and budget for ROI. Build sustained hotel awareness by sending press releases for new hotel stories, promotions, or events to the media, business publications, and the local community. Assist the Marcom Manager in managing the hotel's marketing activities, including budget, guest list, agenda / plan, media participation, photography / video and gifts. Assist the Marcom Manager to design and produce hotel and marketing materials according to brand standards. Manage the hotel’s image database, including official hotel photos and event photos for hotel promotion. Manage the social media platform of the hotel, support strategic promotional activities and establish the hotel customer database. Follow competitors' visibility and promotional activities, assisting the Marcom Manager / Director to make full use of information when developing strategies. Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned. A Marcom Executive serving Hilton Brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. Teamwork: We are team players in everything we do. Bachelor’s / College degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Media or related field. At least 2 years of relevant work experience or 4 years of university education and work experience equivalent combined. Strong time management skills and able to complete multiple tasks. Strong writing skills in Chinese and English to meet business needs. Proficient in the use of all Microsoft Office software.
