In this role, you take responsibility for a smooth service operation and consistently work to high quality standards. Providing our guests with friendly, attentive, and efficient service. Serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in compliance with all legal regulations. Having a strong knowledge of our food and beverage offerings and advising guests professionally. Ensuring that the mise en place requirements of your station are always fully met. Making sure that all orders are served correctly, consistently, and in a timely manner. Reporting any irregularities or issues in line with internal procedures. You have a positive attitude and always interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner. You possess strong communication skills and enjoy engaging openly with people. Service orientation and commitment to guest satisfaction come naturally to you. You are able to work independently as well as enjoy being part of a team. You are eligible to work in Germany and speak German and English. Previous experience in the hospitality or gastronomy industry. Confident handling of cash. Knowledge of food hygiene regulations.
