From welcoming guests with a warm smile to delivering attentive, efficient service, you will help set the tone for the day. Provide friendly, professional, and attentive service during breakfast, conference fika and lunch. Ensure smooth and efficient service flow in a fast-paced environment. Communicate clearly with team members and guests to meet expectations and resolve requests promptly. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service quality. A positive, service-oriented, and welcoming approach. Strong communication skills in Swedish and English. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure. A team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support colleagues across departments. Flexibility to work early mornings, daytime, and weekends.
