Job Description
A Assistant Marketing Communications Manager professional responsible for shaping and leading the dining narrative at Millennium Hilton Bangkok. Strategic Dining Marketing: Develop and execute data-driven marketing plans to promote our diverse dining outlets, seasonal promotions, and signature culinary events. Digital & Content Ownership: Coordinate with the digital marketing team to ensure our F&B presence is optimized, overseeing the creation of high-quality visual and written content (photography/videography) to support social and web channels. PR & Influence: Build and maintain high-value relationships with local and international media. You will lead the execution of press events, media tastings, and influencer collaborations that generate buzz and visibility. Brand Stewardship: Ensure all communications are strictly aligned with Hilton’s global brand standards while maintaining a local, relevant tone of voice. Event Management: Spearhead the end-to-end promotion of high-profile events (e.g., guest bartender showcases, food festivals), managing everything from conceptualization and invitations to post-event performance analysis. Performance & Budgeting: Manage the F&B marketing budget with a strict focus on conversion-based ROI. You will provide regular, data-backed reports on campaign effectiveness. Market Intelligence: Conduct competitive analysis to provide actionable insights on local market trends and customer feedback, proactively identifying new revenue opportunities. An Assistant Marcom Manager serving Hilton Brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. Teamwork: We are team players in everything we do. At least 2 years working experience in marketing, preferably within luxury hospitality or premium F&B. Proficient in mobile content creation, video editing (CapCut/Adobe), and basic photography. Strong storytelling and copywriting skills (English & Thai). Expert knowledge of social media trends, platform algorithms, and analytics. Proven ability to link marketing activities to measurable revenue growth. Ability to work cross-functionally with culinary, sales, and operations teams.
