Job Description
Key Responsibilities. Develop and manage a portfolio of luxury travel trade accounts across primarily the KSA and potentially middle east, with a focus on high-potential and strategic partners. Identify, onboard, and grow new luxury accounts in line with regional and global sales objectives. Strengthen relationships with government entities, royal offices, and protocol departments to drive luxury delegation business internationally. Represent Hilton Luxury Brands to key stakeholders, ensuring brand positioning aligns with the expectations of ultra-high-net-worth and VIP clientele. Work closely with global luxury hotels to align market needs, client preferences, and commercial opportunities. Drive production, track performance, and deliver against agreed revenue targets. Lead and support client engagement initiatives including FAM trips, luxury events, roadshows, and international trade shows. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless client servicing and strong post-sale execution. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities within the luxury travel segment. Key Skills & Experience. Proven experience in luxury sales, account management, or luxury travel trade (hospitality experience preferred). Experience working with government, protocol, or high-level delegation business is a strong advantage. Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills. Culturally aware, detail-oriented, and comfortable engaging at senior and VIP levels. Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a regional and global team . Ability and flexibility to travel. Expanded government and delegation business for Hilton luxury hotels globally.
