A Housekeeping & Public Areas Attendant at Hilton always works for our guests and collaborates with other team members. To perform this role successfully, the team member must maintain a positive attitude and professional behavior, ensuring the cleanliness, order, and impeccable presentation of guest rooms, public areas, and assigned hotel spaces. This must be done in compliance with established quality and service standards to provide guests with a safe, comfortable, and pleasant experience. What will I be doing?Perform full cleaning of guest rooms: change linens, make beds, clean bathrooms and surfaces, vacuum, and restock amenities. Maintain hallways, common areas, and service stations clean and organized. Immediately report any damage, malfunction, or irregularity found in rooms or assigned areas. Control and request the necessary supplies in a timely manner (amenities, chemicals, linens, cleaning tools). Comply with hygiene and safety protocols, proper use of PPE, and correct handling of cleaning chemicals. Ensure rooms meet hotel turnaround times and quality standards. Assist with special guest requests related to cleaning or room setup. Follow brand standards and departmental guidelines established by the Housekeeping Department. Attention to detail.
