As an Assistant Restaurant Manager – Coreus Restaurant, you will support the leadership of the restaurant’s Food & Beverage operation, ensuring exemplary standards of service, culinary presentation, and guest engagement within this signature dining venue. You will play a vital role in delivering a refined, immersive experience that reflects the identity and prestige of Coreus. In this role, you will act as a visible, hands‑on leader on the restaurant floor, balancing service precision with commercial awareness. Your responsibilities will include performing the following to the highest luxury hospitality standards. Support the delivery of exemplary Food & Beverage service in line with hotel and Hilton brand standards . Manage the rhythm and flow of service, ensuring seamless coordination between front‑ and back‑of‑house teams . Encourage and support the team to maximise sales opportunities through refined up‑selling and guest engagement . Ensure Team Members consistently uphold brand standards and deliver personalised, attentive service . Handle guest enquiries and concerns with professionalism, discretion, and effective service recovery . Oversee accurate transaction handling and ensure compliance with cash‑handling and billing procedures . Assist in managing team scheduling, stock control, and waste reduction to support operational efficiency . An Assistant Restaurant Manager, within Hilton brands leads with poise, attention to detail, and a guest‑first mindset, supporting a high‑performing team across a dynamic Food & Beverage environment. Previous experience organising and supporting Food & Beverage service across multiple outlets . Proven supervisory experience, with confidence leading teams during service periods . Strong delegation and organisational skills . Flexibility and a positive, solutions‑focused approach to changing operational demands . A genuine passion for mentoring, developing, and inspiring others to contribute to a winning team . Proven experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or in a comparable leadership role within a luxury or high‑volume hospitality environment is highly desirable .
