This role is responsible for crafting an immersive guest experience, driving operational excellence, and nurturing a culture of creativity and innovation that reflects NoMad’s distinctive spirit. Lead Operations: Oversee all aspects of hotel operations in alignment with NoMad’s curated luxury lifestyle concept, ensuring an exceptional and personalized guest journey. Guest-Centric Culture: Foster a culture rooted in storytelling, artistry, and high-touch service. Culinary Leadership: Champion NoMad’s dining-forward identity by collaborating with culinary teams to maintain world-class food and beverage experiences. Talent Development: Attract, mentor, and retain top industry talent, building a team of passionate, creative professionals. Community Engagement: Forge partnerships with local artisans, designers, and cultural influencers to enrich the hotel’s identity and guest experience. Operational Excellence: Uphold the highest standards of safety, compliance, and service integrity across all functions. Minimum 10 years in hotel management, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role. Proven leadership experience in luxury or lifestyle hospitality, ideally within boutique or independent-minded brands. Expertise in Food & Beverage operations, with a strong understanding of NoMad’s dining-centric philosophy. Robust financial acumen and experience managing boutique hospitality profitability models. Demonstrated ability to deliver tailored, memorable guest experiences that foster loyalty. Passion for design, culture, and immersive hospitality. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a dynamic and collaborative leadership style. Core Competencies.
