Job Description
Public Relations & Media Management. Develop, plan, and execute domestic and international PR strategies in line with brand and business objectives. Manage and champion virtual media platform, including proactive outreach to journalists based on relevant story angles and travel plans to Bali. Create and distribute press releases, ensuring consistent brand messaging and strong storytelling. Build, maintain, and nurture strong relationships with domestic and international media, freelancers, editors, and content creators. Identify, evaluate, and manage media review stays and feature opportunities, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and ROI expectations. Oversee media hosting logistics, coordination, and post-stay follow-ups to secure timely coverage. Content & Regional Coordination. Track media coverage and follow up on deliverables, including articles, social content, and features. Submit media content and reports for owner communications and the regional team, when required, in line with the approved media plan and ROTY requirements. Ensure all PR activities and outputs align with brand guidelines and regional communications frameworks. Marketing Activations & Brand Collaboration. Plan ahead and coordinate monthly and quarterly marketing activations aligned with the annual Marketing Activation Plan. Liaise closely with internal teams (e.g., Spa, Food & Beverage, Rooms, Experiences) to develop compelling, integrated campaigns and ensure coordination with creative team for timely delivery of collateral. Collaborate with external partners—including brands, agencies, and collaborators—when required, to enhance campaign reach and impact. Support on-property events, launches, and campaigns with strong PR and media amplification. Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in marketing or PR, preferably within luxury hospitality, tourism, or lifestyle brands. Strong understanding of media landscapes (domestic and international), including travel, lifestyle, and luxury segments. Proven experience managing media relations, press trips, and brand activations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage. Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously. Experience working with regional or global brand teams is a strong plus.
