Job Description
Position Purpose- To ensure hotels' business travel segment financial goals are met. Increase overall BTS sales volume by developing key relationships with new BTS accounts and growing production with assigned existing accounts. At the same time, delivering a high level of service focusing on building long-term, value-based customer relationships. Essential Functions. Focus on qualifying BTS (CNR/LNR) accounts via research, cold calling, and telemarketing with the exception of key nation accounts. Analyze current client base for growth opportunities and target new accounts via research, Demand 360, TravelClick data, and other resources. Participate in industry-related organizations and the local community to develop business. Generate department projects (company of the quarter, for example) as deemed necessary. Understand overall market conditions and trends, while using knowledge of competitors' strengths and weaknesses to sell against them. Attend trade shows, travel agent events, FAM trips, and participate in sales blitzes. Support in daily account management. Able to enroll after 90 days of employment . college degrees, high school completion, English-language learning, digital literacy, professional certificates and more). Requirements.
