Whether it's helping guests plan a romantic weekend or assisting with group accommodations, you’ll play a key role in bringing the magic of La Cantera to life—before they even arrive. What You'll Do:Serve as the first point of contact for guests making reservations. Provide personalized recommendations for rooms, packages, and resort amenities. Maximize occupancy and revenue through strategic upselling. Communicate with internal departments to ensure smooth guest experiences. Be a brand ambassador for luxury, hospitality, and excellence. Excellent communication skills (both spoken and written). Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Prior experience in reservations or customer service preferred. Knowledge of reservation systems is a plus (but we’ll train the right person. Able to enroll after 90 days of employment . college degrees, high school completion, English-language learning, digital literacy, professional certificates and more). Quality. Dependability.
