Ideal Candidate will have at least 2 years of Stewarding Supervisor, 1 year of Dishwasher experience, have computer knowledge and will be able to communicate in English and understand the language. As a Stewarding Supervisor, you would be responsible for supervising stewards and dishwashers to transport and clean cooking utensils and serviceware in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards. Supervise and support stewards and dishwashers to transport and clean cooking utensils and serviceware for restaurant service and banquet events. Supervise cleaning of work area and physical surroundings. Maintain and deliver proper serviceware inventory for food and beverage departments and banquet functions.
