Server's Assistant, Frolik Kitchen and Cocktails (Seasonal) - Hilton Motif Seattle

A minimum of 6 months experience as a server assistant or busperson in a high volume or upscale restaurant (1+ year experience preferred). Previous restaurant experience as a host, runner, busperson or server. Previous hotel experience is a huge plus! As a Server Assistant, you would be responsible for setting and clearing dining tables and stocking service stations in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Ensure tableware is in good and working condition and report any defects for repair; maintains cleanliness and stock of work area/outlet. Assist food server(s) with table service, including, but not limited to, serving beverages, breads, transporting food items to and from the kitchen, etc. Check ticket times and conduct follow-up. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards. Set and prepare tables for dining, including, but not limited to, folding napkins, cleaning and placing tableware, serving water, etc. Stock, maintain and clean designated food station(s).
