Job Description
The ideal candidate is a bilingual (English/Spanish) human resources professional who demonstrates exceptional discretion, organizational acumen, and communication skills, and who excels in supporting employees and operational needs within a dynamic hospitality environment. Provides the Human Resources training/education and professional development managers with administrative and clerical support including word- processing, typing, e-mailing, filing, data-entry, faxing, copying, corresponding, answering telephones, processing mail, taking notes and/or dictation, making travel arrangements and performing other general office duties. Assiting with onboarding and new hires. Completing incident reports. Answer emails and phones. Assiting with employee recognization . Quality. Dependability. Customer Focus. Adaptability.
