Job Description
The Executive Assistant/Office Manager serves as a key strategic and administrative partner to the General Manager, ensuring the effectiveness, organization, and seamless operation of the Executive, Sales, Catering and Events Office. This role is to support the General Manager, while also providing coordinated support to select senior leaders including the Director of Sales, Director of Catering & Events, and Director of Operations. Core Responsibilities. Executive Support to the General Manager. Manage calendar, priorities, and scheduling. Prepare briefing materials, reports, and communications for internal and external stakeholders. Act as a gatekeeper and liaison across the Executive Committee. Support preparation for leadership meetings, ownership reviews, regional reviews and any property-level strategic initiatives. Prepare expense reports. Ensure a professional, efficient, and welcoming environment for team members, guests and visiting stakeholders. Maintain office supplies, and administrative processes that enable smooth operations of the office. Coordinate logistics for internal meetings, site visits, and events hosted within the Executive Office. Quality. Dependability. Customer Focus. Adaptability.
