YOUR ROLE IN THE SPOTLIGHT

• Support your section by assisting with the preparation and cooking of dishes, following recipes and presentation standards.
• Follow prep lists and daily instructions to ensure your tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation in your work area, contributing to a safe and hygienic kitchen environment.
• Learn and grow by observing and assisting senior chefs, developing your skills and understanding of kitchen operations.
• Use kitchen equipment safely and correctly, following training and guidelines to ensure consistent results.
• Monitor food quality and freshness, reporting any issues to senior team members.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service and a positive working atmosphere.
• Stay flexible and adaptable—we’re ALL IN and work closely with other departments. You’re part of a wider team delivering memorable guest experiences.
• Bring enthusiasm and a willingness to learn, contributing to the energy and professionalism of the kitchen.
