To lead this transformative journey, we are seeking an exceptional Director of Spa and Wellness—a forward thinking leader who will redefine luxury wellness in Greece.
The Role
The Director of Wellness will lead the development and activation of a world‑class holistic ecosystem, integrating innovation, tradition, and personalized experiences. The role will shape a distinctive philosophy of wellbeing, supporting guests throughout their entire journey—pre‑arrival, in‑stay, and post‑departure.
Key Responsibilities
The Director of Wellness is expected to:
- Design and implement a holistic wellness strategy aligned with the hotels’ brand positioning and global best practices.
- Introduce and manage advanced wellness and recovery technologies, ensuring they are guest‑centric and results‑driven.
- Evaluate emerging wellness innovations and seamlessly incorporate them into the guest experience.
- Maintain the high standards of treatment experiences, service and attention to detail within the spa
- Build, inspire, and lead a high‑performing wellness team across spa, beauty, fitness, and wellness services.
- Develop, manage, and deliver the Spa and Wellness business plan, including the annual budget and forecasting as well as performance reporting
- Work closely with the Hotel Marketing and PR team to develop and execute strategic Spa marketing and PR initiatives
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Wellness, Health Sciences, or a related discipline; professional Spa and/or Wellness certification preferred.
- Minimum of 8–12 years of progressive leadership experience within luxury spa, wellness, or destination wellness operations in an international or multi‑property environment.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Greek is desirable.
