Key Responsibilities


-Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure the delivery of high-quality Food and Beverage service in assigned outlets  


-Maintain adherence to budgeted payroll and overhead costs, implementing strategies to optimize labor and resource utilization  


-Work proactively to improve Food and Beverage sales revenues beyond budget targets  


-Ensure consistent, focused customer service to guarantee guest satisfaction and positive experiences  


-Supervise and support kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment  


-Monitor food quality, presentation, and safety standards in compliance with health regulations  


-Manage inventory, ordering, and stock levels to ensure smooth operations and minimize waste  


-Maintain regular attendance and punctuality in accordance with Avion Hospitality standards and scheduling requirements  


-Assist in training and developing team members to uphold service standards and operational procedures  


Requirements

Skills and Qualifications

- At least 1 year of progressive experience in a hotel or a related field is required. 


-High school diploma or equivalent; culinary or hospitality management certification preferred  


-Strong leadership and team management skills  


-Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities  


-Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and health regulations  


-Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed  


-Proven ability to meet sales and budget goals  


-Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
