Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Director of Sales and Marketing and Revenue Management team to optimize room rates, pricing strategies, and promotional activities to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct ongoing market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Use this information to identify opportunities and make informed business decisions.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, corporate accounts, and travel agencies. Identify new business opportunities and negotiate contracts to secure long-term partnerships.
- Marketing and Promotions: implement effective marketing campaigns and promotional activities that generate leads, increase brand awareness, and drive sales.
- Collaboration and Communication: Foster strong relationships and effective communication channels with other departments, ensure a seamless guest experience and cohesive hotel operations.
