This is a key management role within Global Loyalty & Partnerships Marketing, responsible for leading global loyalty and commercial marketing priorities that drive performance and member engagement. The role leads the Global Promotions Center of Excellence, oversees Channel Strategy & Planning, and builds in-region loyalty marketing solutions to address commercial and business needs across key markets and segments.
Your Day to Day
- Effectively work to build and gain cross functional and regional / global buy-in and alignment – identifying processes and programs that can be developed faster and more efficiently
- Planning, strategy, and regional oversight of a Global Promotions Center of Excellence
- Ownership of ideation and planning through delivery of multi-brand, global marketing promotions / campaigns – including Commercial, Loyalty, B2B Loyalty, Program extensions
- Development In-Region Loyalty Marketing initiatives (based on variances and needs) including acquisition marketing, partnership marketing, and activations of quick-turn solutions to drive in-the-year performance
- Channel Strategy & Planning – including audience management and targeting across marketing initiatives and calendaring / prioritization across all channels, globally
- Act as an advisor to managers or team members to help meet established schedules and/or resolve technical or operational problems.
- Provide operational management of the budget, working closely with the VP L&P Marketing & Finance business partners
- Team Leadership & Accountability: Lead, coach, and develop a team of 8+ marketing professionals providing clear direction, prioritization, and performance management
What we need from you
- Bachelor’s degree, and or combination of years of experience in required field.
- 8–10+ years' experience in marketing, loyalty, commercial, strategy, digital, or hospitality operations
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional programs at scale
- Strong strategic thinking paired with operational rigor and execution discipline
- Executive-level communication, influence, and storytelling skills
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and driving clarity for teams
- People management and leadership experience required
Location - Our hybrid work structure is an expectation of three (3) days a week in the Atlanta office. This expectation may be adjusted to evolve with the changing needs of the business.
The salary range for this role is $140,000.00 to $160,000.00. This role is also eligible for bonus pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K, and other benefits to employees.
