This role will drive RB&E overall performance in respective Areas and support the delivery of key brand, procurement and commercial initiatives into the estate.

Your day to day
- Lead and execute Area RB&E strategy aligned with Global brand and GC priorities
- Drive RB&E-related Winning Metrics for hotels including but not limited to guest experience, RB&E revenue, GOP and cost indicators
- Develop, implement and monitor RB&E related policies, procedures and standards within their sub-region
- Implement metrics driven initiatives in RB&E including but not limited to revenue, online and offline promotions and retail development
- Develop RB&E operating manuals for the estate with the team and through third parties
- Implement and monitor NHOP RB&E related opening policies, procedures and standards
- Drive C&E related Winning Metrics for hotels including but not limited to guest experience, C&E revenue, C&E GOP, F&B cost indicators
- Develop, implement and monitor C&E related guest experiences, policies, procedures and standards within sub region
- Develop, implement and monitor RB&E related promotions, marketing, channel performance to deliver related winning metrics
- Build and lead regional RB&E council connecting sub-regional teams, sharing best practices and driving operational excellence in RB&E
- Collaborates with Procurement to identify key regional suppliers and opportunities for cost reduction
- Enhance collaboration with hotels to drive RB&E culture within IHG

What we need from you
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Hotel Management, Business degree or equivalent experience
- 6 - 8 years relevant F&B or Culinary leadership experience
- Knowledge and hands-on experience in hotel operations including F&B, kitchens, operations and hotel openings
- Effective bilingual communication and presentation skills
- Proven problem solving and organizational skills
- Experience in leading strategic planning and project management
- Strong influencing, negotiating and consensus-building skills to deal with broad spectrum of constituents.
