Director, Analytics

• Display strong critical thinking skills to identify trends, anomalies and patterns
• Develop insightful dashboards, reports, analyses, and presentations for management, clearly communicating key findings and recommendations
• Serve as business champion for AI, and how we better use it to surface key insights and actions
• Interface directly with stakeholders to deeply understand their business needs, build strong relationships and influence decision making
• Facilitates analytics stakeholder meetings to drive consensus and resolve conflicts; exhibit willingness to have difficult conversations to drive the best outcome for the business
• Skilled at building, managing and optimizing a team in a dynamic organizational environment
• Manage and mentor a team of analysts & managers, fostering growth in technical and strategic capabilities while ensuring high-quality output.
• Lead and develop high performing engaged teams/individuals that excel within a global and inclusive environment. 
• Act as an advisor to leadership and staff within your organization to help meet overall performance management and talent objectives. Coach and develop team members; hire, fire, assess, discipline, document performance, recommend salary and classification changes.

Education: 

Bachelor's in a relevant field of work in business, economics, mathematics, an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.

Experience: 

8+ years progressive work experience including managing teams

Technical Skills and Knowledge

• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with using data visualization tools (Tableau)
• Proficiency in SQL, Python and data manipulation techniques is a plus
• Proficiency with existing popular AI Tools is a plus
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong business acumen and critical thinking abilities
• 5+ years experience leading a technical team
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders through clear, compelling storytelling and data-driven recommendations.

Travel - 10% limited as needed

Location – Atlanta, GA: Our hybrid work structure is an expectation of three (3) days a week in office.  This expectation may be adjusted to evolve with the changing needs of the business. 

The salary range for this role is $139,000 to $160,000. This role is also eligible for bonus pay.  We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K, and other benefits to employees.
