About the Role
The Sr. Manager, Product Marketing & Adoption plays a critical role in ensuring technology products deliver real value through successful adoption at scale. This role sits at the intersection of product, change management, communications, and enablement, translating complex product strategies into compelling narratives, launch plans, and readiness strategies that drive engagement across a large, distributed organization.
You will lead product marketing and adoption strategy for high‑visibility initiatives impacting thousands of hotels and stakeholders, working closely with Product, Technology, Change, Training, Communications, and senior leaders. This role requires someone equally comfortable shaping strategy, influencing executives, and rolling up their sleeves to test, refine, and operationalize solutions.

Travel - 10% limited as needed
Location – Atlanta, GA: Our hybrid work structure is an expectation of three (3) days a week in office. This expectation may be adjusted to evolve with the changing needs of the business.
The salary range for this role is $119,273 to $149,000. This role is also eligible for bonus pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K, and other benefits to employees.
