<div class='description'><p><strong>Role Purpose</strong></p><p>The role includes the responsibility for Supplier maintenance, Electronic payments/Fund transfers, Check payments/ Specialty activities (resolving of exceptions) as per defined SLA for Corporate, Owned, and Managed hotels.</p><p><strong>Key Accountabilities</strong></p><ul><li>Support all customer and business queries.</li><li>Good understanding of the key policies impacting the process</li><li>Should have sound process Knowledge</li><li>Active participation and support in team & process related projects/initiatives.</li><li>Uploading Bank reconciliation in ARM & keeping a track of all open items and ensuring their timely clearance.</li><li>Mentoring and coaching of new team members at analyst level</li><li>Support in seamless audit & comply process activities as per SOX compliance.</li><li>Ensuring timely and accurate payment to suppliers through usage of accounting systems and banking platform.</li><li>Driving set up of payment systems including layouts and testing & interaction with other functions and hotels/corporate and banking partners for related activities in a timely manner.</li><li>Ensuring timely and accurate maintenance of supplier’s data in Psoft.</li><li>Ensuring periodic updation and cleanliness of supplier’s database to meet process expectations.</li><li>Assistance in formulation of SOPs and ensuring compliance to SOP’s and applicable policies related to creation and maintenance of suppliers and payments,</li></ul><p><strong>Key Skills & Experiences</strong></p><p>Education and Experience</p><p>Bachelor’s (B.Com) degree or Masters degree in Finance or accounting , 3+ years of work-related experience in accounting including experience in Journal entries.</p><p>Technical Skills and Knowledge</p><p>Good knowledge of relevant Systems and applications used in accounting function like PeopleSoft. Conversant with MS Office, ERP exposure</p><p>Other Skills</p><p>Communication - Possess good communication skills.</p><p>Flexibility - Flexible to work in multiple shifts</p><p>- Ability to work in cross functional teams</p></div>
