As our new Food & Beverage Supervisor, you’ll be the "secret sauce" that keeps our operations running smoothly. You are the bridge between a great plan and a perfect plate, leading our floor teams to ensure every guest—whether they’re grabbing a quick espresso or settling in for a gala dinner—feels right at home.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

No two shifts are quite the same, but you’ll primarily be:

• Leading from the Front: Guiding, supporting, and motivating our front-of-house team to deliver service that sparkles.

• Setting the Stage: Overseeing the daily setup and "mise-en-place" for our restaurants, bars, and meeting spaces to ensure we’re always guest-ready.

• Creating Moments: Jumping into the action to handle guest feedback with grace and turning routine meals into memorable experiences.

• Operational Excellence: Monitoring stock levels, assisting with inventory, and ensuring all health, safety, and food hygiene standards are met.

• Collaborating: Working closely with the Kitchen and Management teams to ensure seamless communication and high-speed service.

What we need from you:

• Education: A degree or diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent hands-on experience is just as valuable.

• Experience: 2+ years of experience in a food and beverage environment, with a natural knack for leading or supervising others.

• Communication: Fluency in the local language is a must to keep the team and guests in sync.

• Compliance: Ability to obtain and maintain any required local food handling or alcohol service certifications.
