Job Requirement
  • Assist General Manager with daily commercial strategy and reporting
  • Assist in implementing pricing strategies to maximize room revenue and occupancy
  • Track sales programs/promotions/advertising and provide feedback as necessary to relevant departments
  • Track and establish pick up trends, occupancy history and market segment development to facilitate forecasting
  • Prepare and analyst daily, weekly, and monthly forecasts for room revenue.
  • Analyze booking patterns, market trends, and economic data to inform pricing decisions
  • Monitor allotments 
  • Adjust strategies based on forecast performance and market trends
  • Monitor room inventory to ensure optimal occupancy and revenue
  • Maintain rate parity across multiple platforms  
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and reservations teams to align strategies and goals
  • Complete end-of-the-month sales reports and prepare weekly sales strategy reports
  • Monitor and evaluate economic, political, and social issues/changes
  • Conducting RevGen meetings and weekly yield meetings to review performance and discuss strategies
  • Participate in preparation of strategic plans for region
  • Manage manpower planning and management needs
  • Preparation and management of the Department’s budget
  • Foster a collaborative environment between revenue management and other related departments
  • Communicate strategies, performance metrics, and adjustments clearly and effectively to all relevant stakeholders
  • Maintain and disseminate critical information including a master calendar of external events, competitor rate intelligence, RevPAR penetration (RGI), arrival and spending patterns of commercial accounts, denial reports, meeting space allocation, and guest capture rates.
  • Monitor, analyze and report on loyalty program penetration (overall and by account, including bookers), system contribution, and trends in rooms and non-rooms revenues by channel, segment and account.
  • Manage the use of revenue systems such as N2 Pricing, Concerto and Opera, including the manipulation of yield hurdle points and daily inventory balancing where appropriate.
  • Train and support hotel teams on revenue systems, functionality, and enhancements.
  • Responsible for business and revenue strategy, ensuring compliance with all Integrated Business policies and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Required Skills
  • Essential of skill and knowledge of Opera (PMS).
  • 4 years related experience or 2 years reservations/front office experience as manager or assistant manager role, minimum of 2 years in a supervisory revenue management role or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • To lead the staffing control/employee satisfaction/the team development/cooperation with the other department/overseeing the technical issues.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Administration or Business Administration.
  • Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English and Thai language
