Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

  • Minimum 4–6 years of hotel sales experience, preferably within the MICE, group, or corporate segment.

  • Strong knowledge of domestic and international markets, particularly in MICE and luxury travel segments.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities; detail-oriented.

  • Proficiency in sales systems such as Delphi, Opera, PMS, CVENT, and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage.

  • Ability to travel as required for sales calls, tradeshows, and client meetings.
