Whenever and wherever our guests choose to dine. Behind the scenes, you’ll ensure quality, maintain high standards and keep the kitchen running smoothly.
A little taste of your day-to-day. Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
Responsible for selecting, training, and supervising kitchen staff to ensure high food quality, safety, and performance standards. Oversees food preparation using only the freshest ingredients while maintaining cost control, HACCP, FIFO, and food safety compliance. Manages production flow, inventory, receiving, storage, and equipment maintenance. Develops and updates menus, recipes, and forecasts, while reducing food waste. Supports other outlets when needed. Works closely with the Executive Chef in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment requiring strong communication skills.
