2ホテルのITインフラを統括し、安定したシステム運用と高いセキュリティ基準を確保。現場を支え、チームとゲスト体験の向上に貢献いただくポジションです。

主な業務内容

• 2ホテルのIT運営全体の管理・最適化
• システム導入・保守・パフォーマンス管理
• LAN・POSなどIHG標準システムの運用
• サイバーセキュリティおよびPCI DSS対応
• 各部門・エリアITへのレポーティング
• ベンダー管理・評価
• 社内ITトレーニングの実施

応募要件

• ITまたは関連分野の資格
• ITインフラ運用経験（4年以上）
• ネットワーク・OS・データベースの知識
• 高い問題解決力とコミュニケーション力

Position: Cluster IT Manager

About the Role

Lead IT operations across two hotels, ensuring reliable systems, strong security, and seamless technology that supports both teams and guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee IT operations across both properties
• Manage system installation, maintenance, and performance
• Ensure compliance with IHG systems (LAN, POS, etc.)
• Strengthen cybersecurity and PCI DSS standards
• Report to leadership and manage vendors
• Deliver IT training and support to teams

What We’re Looking For

• Qualification in IT or related field
• 4+ years of IT infrastructure/support experience
• Knowledge of networks, OS, and databases
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
