In this role, you will be the guardian of our guests' peace, blending the high-end hospitality of the InterContinental brand with the authentic, botanical expertise of L’Occitane en Provence.

Your Day-to-Day at the Spa

As a Spa Therapist, you are an ambassador of balance and rejuvenation. Your mission includes:

• Curating the Experience: Welcoming guests with warmth and providing personalized consultations to tailor every journey to their needs.

• The Art of Touch: Performing signature L’Occitane massages and body treatments with technical precision and soul.

• Expert Guidance: Recommending the best treatments and rituals, addressing guest concerns with clarity and professional insight.

• Sanctuary Maintenance: Ensuring treatment rooms and equipment are kept in pristine, sanitized, and inviting condition.

• Operational Excellence: Adhering to the refined service protocols established by both the InterContinental and Spa by L’Occitane.

Who You Are

• The Professional: You have a deep understanding of anatomy, wellness techniques, and skin care.

• Language: Fluency in Portuguese and English is essential
