Job Description
1. 独立承担餐饮业务销售任务,制定个人销售计划并高效执行,确保月度、季度及年度销售目标达成。
2. 持续开拓新客户渠道(含企业团餐、宴会预订、线上平台合作等),深度挖掘客户需求,促成转化。
3. 主动维护存量客户关系,定期回访、跟进服务反馈,提升客户复购率与推荐率。
4. 准确记录并及时更新客户信息、沟通进展及销售数据。1. 具备1年以上餐饮行业销售经验,有独立成单及持续业绩产出记录。
2. 具备较强的市场敏感度与客户需求洞察力,能基于实际场景快速响应并推动成交。
3. 具备优秀的沟通表达及抗压能力,能独立处理客户咨询、异议与基础投诉。
