严格执行食品安全与卫生管理制度,监督食材验收、储存、加工全过程,确保符合国家相关法规要求
控制厨房成本,包括原材料、能耗及人力成本,定期进行成本分析并提出改进措施
组织开展岗位技能培训与安全操作培训,提升团队专业能力与服务意识
配合上级完成各类餐饮接待任务,协调与其他部门的工作衔接,保障运营顺畅
中专以上学历,烹饪相关专业优先,具备西餐厨房工作经验
熟悉西餐制作流程者优先
具备良好的沟通协调能力及应急处理能力,能适应高强度工作环境
持有有效的健康证明,了解并遵守食品安全法律法规,无不良从业记录
