Role
We are currently looking for a
Technology Experience Manager
to join our leadership team of Heads of Departments at Rosewood London. The
T
echnology Experience Manager
is entrusted with overseeing and delivering all IT-related services to the associates of the hotel, as well as the implementation of the overall IT systems strategy.
Key expectations of this role are
Being a change agent by continuously identifying and developing areas for improvement within the hotel's IT infrastructure proven though leadership of related projects
Showing a sound understanding of the IT hard and software products available to enhance the guest and associate experience
Acting as a coach and mentor towards the Assistant IT Manager and the IT Support Analyst
Managing without impact on on quality through the drafting and planning of the hotel's IT budget including CAPEX
Profile
The ability to work in a team, build relationships and provide guidance to others.
A thorough understanding of leading and developing people effectively.
Having excellent written and spoken English.
Having a thorough understanding of server and overall network maintenance.
Possessing an exceptional level of attention to detail.
A thorough understanding of managing various stakeholders and their expectations.
