We are looking for a passionate
Chef de Cuisine
to join our team at Rosewood Schloss Fuschl. You will play a key role in positioning the hotel as a leading luxury food & beverage destination, while consistently upholding brand standards and operational excellence.
Key expectations:
Lead, organise, and supervise all kitchen operations to ensure seamless and efficient workflows
Oversee the preparation and presentation of all dishes, ensuring consistency in quality, taste, and visual standards
Lead, develop, and inspire the kitchen team including Sous Chefs, Chef de Partie, and junior staff
Provide coaching, mentoring, and structured training to build strong talent pipelines
Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, organisation, and food safety across all kitchen areas
Monitor storage, handling, and inventory processes to guarantee compliance and efficiency
Work closely with service teams and other departments to ensure smooth operations
Profile:
Proven experience in a senior kitchen leadership role (Chef de Cuisine, Head Chef, or similar)
Strong background in luxury hospitality or fine dining environments
Formal culinary training or equivalent professional experience
Strong leadership and team development skills
Excellent organisational and time management abilities
High level of creativity and passion for culinary excellence
