We are looking for a passionate
Ordertaker
to join our team at Rosewood Schloss Fuschl. You will be providing exceptional, personalized service by accurately taking and processing guest orders for in-room dining. This role ensures that all requests are handled promptly and professionally.
Key expectations:
Answer all incoming calls promptly and courteously, maintaining a calm and clear tone
Demonstrate anticipatory service by suggesting menu items and accommodating special requests
Personalize interactions by addressing guests by name and confirming preference
Accurately record and process food and beverage orders in the POS system
Communicate special dietary requirements and preferences to the kitchen team
Maintain knowledge of the full menu, wine list, and hotel offerings to assist guests effectively
Profile:
Previous experience in a comparable role within a luxury hotel or restaurant environment
Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Strong team spirit and positive, professional attitude
