We are looking for a passionate
Chef
de Rang
to join our team between June and October at Rosewood Schloss Fuschl. You will act as the main point of contact for guests at their table, ensuring flawless service from start to finish.
Key expectations:
Provide a warm, professional welcome and ensure guests feel valued throughout their dining experience
Offer expert recommendations on menu items, wine pairings, and specialities
Anticipate guest needs and personalise service to exceed expectations
Set up and maintain the station according to hotel standards
Coordinate with Commis and Demi Chef de Rang to ensure smooth service flow
Take orders accurately and communicate effectively with the kitchen and bar
Collaborate with kitchen and sommelier teams to ensure seamless service flow
Profile:
Previous experience in a similar role within a 5-star or luxury hospitality environment
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Strong team spirit and positive, professional attitude
