ABOUT TEAM
The Food and Beverage Division is a key driver of the hotel’s revenue and guest experience. The division comprises multiple outlets, culinary operations, and banquet services, supported by a diverse and dynamic team committed to delivering exceptional service and quality aligned with Rosewood standards.
YOUR ROLE
Provides professional administrative, coordination, and executive support to the Food & Beverage Division leaders, supporting both Food & Beverage Service and Culinary operations, ensuring efficient communication, organization, and execution of departmental priorities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate and arrange departmental activities in line with F&B Division leadership priorities
Manage calendars, meetings, and appointments for the Assistant Director of F&B and Executive Chef
Attend F&B meetings, prepare accurate minutes, and follow up on action items
Compile daily revenue reports and operational summaries from all outlets
Liaise with outlet managers, kitchen leadership, and other departments to ensure smooth communication
Support preparation of reports, presentations, and routine correspondence
Maintain filing systems, records, and tracking tools for departmental documentation
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of office equipment
Maintain a high level of organization, cleanliness, and efficiency in the work area
Provide translation and interpretation support where required
Assist in organizing departmental priorities and administrative workflows
Maintain strict confidentiality of all information at all times
Demonstrate understanding of departmental operations and support cross-functional collaboration
Log security incidents and ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures
Adhere to hotel cleaning, maintenance, and safety programs
Maintain personal grooming and presentation in line with Rosewood standards
Demonstrate a professional, positive attitude and foster strong working relationships
Continuously analyze and improve personal performance
Apply hotel quality assurance principles in daily work
Abide by the Rosewood Code of Conduct and Associate Handbook
Promote team spirit and effective communication across the division
CRITICAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Required Skills
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy
Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and follow through effectively
Professional grooming and presentation
Technical Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Language
Strong command of English, both written and spoken
Thai language required; additional languages are an advantage
Physical Requirements
Ability to perform administrative tasks and move within office and operational areas as required
Able to communicate effectively with associates and guests
QUALIFICATIONS
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
Authorized to live and work in Thailand
EXPERIENCE
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Food & Beverage or administrative support role within a hotel environment
