Guest Experience Intern
to join our Front of House team at
Rosewood Amsterdam

As a Guest Experience Intern, you will play a vital role in ensuring that every guest interaction reflects Rosewood’s philosophy of

. You will work closely with our Guest Relations and Front Office teams to anticipate guest needs, personalize stays, and deliver exceptional service at every touchpoint.
Job Duties
Duties may include, but are not limited to:
Assist in preparing personalized guest itineraries and pre-arrival arrangements
Support the team in welcoming and escorting guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience
Handle guest feedback and follow-up to ensure complete satisfaction
Coordinate with various departments to anticipate and deliver on guest preferences and special requests
Maintain accurate guest profiles and stay histories in the property management system
Assist in managing amenities, welcome letters, and VIP setups
Contribute ideas to enhance the guest journey and elevate service standards
Provide general administrative and operational support to the Guest Experience Manager
