Key Responsibilities
Perform a range of spa treatments such as massages, body treatments, and facials according to spa standards
Conduct guest consultations to identify needs and recommend suitable treatments
Maintain a clean, safe, and tranquil treatment environment
Promote spa services, packages, and retail products professionally
Ensure proper use, care, and storage of spa equipment and products
Follow all hygiene, health, and safety regulations
Maintain accurate treatment records and guest preferences
Work collaboratively with spa and hotel/restaurant teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
Qualifications & Skills
Certified Spa Therapist with a recognized qualification
Proven experience in a spa, wellness center, or hotel environment
Strong knowledge of massage techniques and body therapies
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
