As a Spa Intern, you will support the daily operations of our signature Asaya Spa, a sanctuary of wellness dedicated to self-discovery, rejuvenation, and balance. You will gain hands-on experience in the world of luxury wellness, learning from industry experts who embody Rosewood’s guiding philosophy of

Job Duties
Duties may include, but are not limited to:
Assist the spa team in delivering exceptional guest experiences throughout the wellness journey, from welcome to farewell
Support spa reception operations, including reservations, check-ins, and retail assistance
Prepare and maintain treatment rooms and relaxation areas according to luxury standards
Ensure the spa environment remains calm, organized, and impeccably clean at all times
Assist therapists and attendants with guest preparation and coordination
Manage spa inventory, linens, and amenities
Support in promoting spa treatments, wellness programs, and retail products
Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience
