Key Responsibilities
Support the Executive Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations
Supervise and mentor kitchen team members
Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all dishes
Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and organization
Assist with menu development and kitchen planning
