We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Marketing Intern
to join our Sales & Marketing team at
Rosewood Amsterdam

As a Marketing Intern, you will play an active role in supporting the hotel’s pre-opening and ongoing marketing initiatives. From digital content creation and social media engagement to brand partnerships, events, and public relations activities, you will gain hands-on experience in shaping the identity and presence of one of the most anticipated luxury hotel openings in the Netherlands. You will work closely with experienced marketing professionals to learn how a global luxury hospitality brand communicates, activates, and builds connections with guests and the local community.
Job Duties
Duties may include, but are not limited to:
Assist in planning and coordinating marketing and communication campaigns
Support the creation of digital content, including social media posts, newsletters, and website materials
Assist with content planning, scheduling, and daily social media engagement
Monitor online presence and track performance analytics
Support photo and video shoots, ensuring brand consistency across all materials
Assist in compiling media coverage and preparing marketing performance reports
Help coordinate influencer collaborations, press visits, and local brand partnerships
Ensure all visuals and communications align with Rosewood’s global brand identity
Assist with event coordination and promotional activities related to the hotel’s launch
Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities
Collaborate closely with Sales, Communications, and Food & Beverage teams to support brand storytelling and promotional initiatives
Maintain marketing asset libraries, digital archives, and brand collateral
