As an IT Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting the hotel’s technology operations, ensuring that our systems, networks, and digital tools run smoothly to support exceptional guest and associate experiences. You will gain hands-on exposure to hotel technology infrastructure, learning directly from experienced IT professionals in a dynamic luxury hospitality environment
Job Duties
Duties may include, but are not limited to:
Assist the IT team in maintaining, troubleshooting, and upgrading hardware and software systems
Provide first-line support to associates for technical issues and user requests
Help ensure network reliability, security, and data integrity across all hotel systems
Support in setting up and maintaining workstations, printers, and mobile devices
Assist with onboarding of new associates, including account creation and equipment setup
Monitor system performance and help identify opportunities for improvement
Document IT processes, incidents, and solutions to ensure efficient knowledge sharing
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth technology integration into daily operations
