is seeking an experienced and service-driven
In-Room Dining Supervisor
to oversee the daily operations of our in-room dining department. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining our standards, and supporting team development in a luxury hospitality environment.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, guest-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced setting while maintaining impeccable attention to detail.
Responsibilities
Supervise daily in-room dining operations and ensure service standards are met
Lead and support servers and order takers during shifts
Monitor order accuracy, presentation, and delivery times
Address guest concerns professionally and ensure service recovery when needed
Assist with scheduling, training, and team development
Ensure proper POS usage and accurate billing
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with food safety standards
Support inventory control and cost management initiatives
Qualifications
2+ years of supervisory experience in food & beverage
Prior in-room dining or upscale restaurant experience preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Food safety certification preferred
