As Host / Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for guests, setting the tone for a positive and memorable dining experience. Your professionalism, organization, and genuine hospitality will ensure a smooth and enjoyable breakfast service.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests warmly and manage seating in an efficient and organized manner
Create a friendly and relaxed atmosphere while maintaining high service standards
Coordinate with the service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth breakfast operations
Manage reservations and walk-ins, optimizing table flow
Assist guests with inquiries and accommodate special requests where possible
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the host stand and dining area
Handle guest feedback with care and professionalism
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in a host/hostess or front-of-house role (hospitality preferred)
A naturally friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to stay calm and efficient during busy service periods
Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
