Job Duties
Duties may include, but are not limited to:
Welcome and assist guests in a warm, professional, and engaging manner
Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of room categories, rates, packages, and hotel features
Manage guest inquiries, requests, and feedback promptly and effectively
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
Uphold the highest standards of appearance, conduct, and service in all guest interaction
