We are seeking a talented and flexible
Florist
to join our team on a
zero-hour contract
. This role is ideal for an experienced florist who thrives in a high-end environment and enjoys creating sophisticated floral designs for discerning clientele.
Hours will vary depending on business needs, including weekends, evenings, and peak event periods.
Key Responsibilities
Design and maintain fresh floral arrangements throughout the hotel (lobby, restaurants, suites, spa, and event spaces)
Create bespoke arrangements for weddings, corporate functions, and VIP guests
Ensure floral displays reflect the hotel’s luxury brand standards
Manage flower care, conditioning, and rotation to maintain quality and longevity
Support seasonal décor installations and special projects
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the floral workspace
About You
Proven experience as a professional florist (luxury hospitality experience preferred)
Excellent knowledge of flowers, plants, and seasonal availability
Ability to work independently and efficiently during busy periods
Flexible availability and reliable on short notice
High attention to detail and strong presentation standards
Positive, professional, and guest-focused attitude
