About the Role
As F&B Supervisor, you will oversee the daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service, high standards, and an exceptional guest experience. You will support, guide, and motivate the team while maintaining a hands-on presence on the floor.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure seamless service flow
Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house team
Maintain high standards of service, presentation, and cleanliness
Support team members during service and lead by example
Handle guest interactions, feedback, and complaints professionally
Coordinate closely with the kitchen to ensure timely and accurate service
Assist with scheduling, briefings, and operational organization
Monitor service quality and continuously seek improvements

Previous experience in a supervisory role within a quality-driven restaurant
Strong leadership and communication skills
A hands-on, proactive approach to service
Excellent understanding of food, beverage, and service standards
