Event Sales Intern
to join our dynamic Sales & Marketing team.
As an Event Sales Intern, you will support our efforts in promoting Rosewood Amsterdam as a premier destination for luxury meetings, groups, and events such
as weddings and exclusive corporate gatherings. You will gain hands-on experience working alongside seasoned professionals to create unforgettable experiences for our guests and clients.
Job Duties
Duties may include, but are not limited to:
Assist in managing inquiries and coordinating site visits for potential clients
Support the sales team with proposal creation, contract preparation, and follow-ups
Help organize and attend client meetings and events to understand their needs
Maintain and update the event sales database and CRM system
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of events
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities
Assist in preparing marketing materials and social media content related to events
