Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic
Chef de Partie
to take ownership of a kitchen section and contribute to delivering exceptional culinary experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and run your assigned section efficiently
Prepare and present dishes to the highest standards
Work closely with the Sous Chef and kitchen team
Ensure cleanliness, organization, and food safety compliance
Assist in training junior team members when required
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis/Demis ready to step up
Solid technical cooking skills
Ability to work well under pressure
A team-oriented mindset and passion for hospitality
